國際工會聯合會（英語：International Trade Union Confederation）；（法語：Confédération syndicale internationale，縮寫：國際工聯，ITUC或CSI），是現在世界上最大的跨國工會組織。在161個國家的325個所屬組織中共計1.76億會員[1]。

國際工聯認為其歷史可追溯到第一國際，因此2014年是其創立150周年。

歷史[編輯]

2006年11月1日，由國際自由工會聯合會與世界勞工聯合會合併組建，創立大會在維也納召開[2]。原國際自由工聯總書記蓋伊·賴德（英語：Guy Ryder）當選為國際工聯總書記[3][4] 夏蘭·巴洛（英語：Sharan Burrow）當選為國際工聯主席。[5]。

2010年6月21-25日在溫哥華舉辦了國際工聯第二次代表大會[6]。澳大利亞工會理事會主席、國際工聯主席夏蘭·巴洛（英語：Sharan Burrow）當選為國際工聯總書記。德國工聯主席麥可·佐默爾（英語：Michael Sommer）當選為國際工聯主席。

2019年8月17日發表聲明，呼籲旗下來自163個國家的331工會組織，向各國的中華人民共和國大使館進行抗議，要求香港政府釋放反對逃犯條例修訂草案運動中的被捕人士，並且獨立調查侵犯人權的警暴[7]。

組織結構[編輯]

泛歐區域理事會（英語：Pan-European Regional Council）是國際工聯在歐洲的工會組織，建立於2007年3月19日，包括87個國家工會，會員8700萬人。與歐洲工會聯合會（英語：European Trade Union Confederation）既合作又競爭。
