頭孢噻呋（英語：Ceftiofur）是一種頭孢菌素類抗生素（第三代），獲准用作獸藥。它於1987年首次被描述。^[1]它由製藥公司碩騰銷售，商品名包括Excenel、^[2]Naxcel和Excede，也是該公司Spectramast LC（泌乳牛配方）和Spectramast DC（干奶牛配方）產品中的活性成分。

它對抗生素耐藥酶β-內醯胺酶具有抗性，並且對革蘭氏陽性菌和革蘭氏陰性菌均具有活性。據報導，大腸桿菌菌株對頭孢噻呋具有抗藥性。^[3]

代謝物去呋喃醯頭孢噻呋也具有抗生素活性。^[4]這兩種化合物一同被測量，以檢測牛奶中的抗生素活性（與其他抗生素一起）。^[5]
