朱美瑜（英語：Dolly Maizie Gee, 1959年7月1日—）是一位美國首位華人女性聯邦法官。
生平[編輯]
1959年出生於美國霍桑 (加利福尼亞州)一個華人家庭，父母是廣東人。[2][3][4]1981年畢業於加州大學洛杉磯分校法律系，1984年獲得法律博士學位。[5]1984年至1986年擔任美國加利福尼亞東區聯邦地區法院法官助理，[5][6]1986年加入洛杉磯律所，1990年成為合伙人。
聯邦法官[編輯]
1999年5月27日被美國總統比爾·柯林頓提名為美國加利福尼亞中區聯邦地區法院法官，因為美國共和黨控制美國參議院而未能通過。2009年8月6日被美國總統貝拉克·歐巴馬提名為美國加利福尼亞中區聯邦地區法院法官，2009年12月24日獲得美國參議院正式通過，成為美國首位華人女性聯邦法官。[7][8][6]
