湯姆·弗萊希曼（英語：Tom Fleischman，1951年9月15日—）美國音頻工程師和重錄音混音師。他曾2次提名奧斯卡最佳音響效果獎。他是影片剪輯師迪德·艾倫和紀錄片製作人、導演和作家史蒂芬·弗萊希曼的兒子。自1978年起參與了超過170部電影的製作。2011年他因電影雨果贏得了奧斯卡最佳音響效果獎，並獲得了4次提名。
除了在電影方面的工作，他還參與製作電視節目，共贏得了4項艾美獎。1986年課後特殊時間: Can A Guy Say No，2006年馬丁·斯科塞斯導演的沒有方向的家，2013年老鷹的歷史，大西洋帝國: The Milkmaid's Lot，並且因斯科塞斯的喬治·哈里森：活在物質世界，HBO電視系列劇大西洋帝國獲得艾美獎提名。
