約翰·莫法特·傅桂（英語：John Moffat Fugui，1961年9月9日—2022年12月22日），索羅門群島政治人物及政治顧問。傅桂生前在總理戴尼·費立普（英語：Danny Philip）的內閣（英語：Cabinet of Solomon Islands）之中擔任環境、氣候變化、災害管理和氣象部部長[1][2]，此外，他亦是第一任索羅門群島的駐華大使。

傅桂於1961年9月9日出生[1]。他在紐西蘭的坎特伯雷大學取得第一個碩士學位後[3]，加入了美國夏威夷大學一個哲學博士項目，並最終獲得其第二個碩士學位，此後他開始為索羅門群島政府擔任政治顧問[1]。

在2010年8月舉行的大選（英語：2010 Solomon Islands general election）中，傅桂以獨立候選人身份被選為荷尼阿拉中央選區（英語：Central Honiara constituency）國民議會成員。不久，總理戴尼·費立普（英語：Danny Philip）將傅桂任命為環境、氣候變化、災害管理和氣象部部長[1][2]。2011年11月，戈登·達西·里諾（英語：Gordon Darcy Lilo）取代費立普，成為新一任索羅門群島總理，而傅桂則仍然留在其先前的職位[4]。

2012年10月22日，傅桂宣布離開政府。他後來表示辭職的原因是政府已連續七個月沒有為他配備常務秘書，而里諾則稱他是因為支持反對黨而被解僱[5]。里諾最終指派了布拉德利·託沃索亞（英語：Braddley Tovosia）來代替傅桂的位置[6]。

2014年，傅桂在大選（英語：2014 Solomon Islands general election）重新贏得席位，並在12月17日就任國民議會副議長[7]。2020年2月14日，由於存在不當行為，傅桂的荷尼阿拉中央選區國民議會議員頭銜被剝奪[8][9]。

2021年，傅桂被任命為首任索羅門群島駐華大使，並於5月22日到達中國[10]。

2022年12月22日新冠疫情期間，傅桂因心臟驟停在北京去世[11][12][13]，成為兩年以來在中國國內去世的第七位外交官[14]。
