2018年環義自由車賽是第101屆環義自由車賽，於2018年5月4日至27日進行。比賽的起點位於以色列耶路撒冷，終點位於義大利羅馬，除前三個賽段在以色列境內進行外，其他賽段均在義大利境內進行。[1]
總共有來自22支車隊的176名運動員參加此次比賽[2]。最終來自天空車隊的克里斯·弗魯姆以89小時2分39秒的總成績奪得此次比賽的總冠軍，他憑藉此次奪冠，成為歷史上首位贏得環義自由車賽總冠軍的英國選手以及歷史上第七位同時奪得所有三大自由車環賽總冠軍的自由車手[3]。來自太陽網車隊的荷蘭選手湯姆·迪穆蘭以46秒之差獲得亞軍，未能成功衛冕[4]。來自阿斯塔納車隊的哥倫比亞選手Miguel Ángel López在獲得總成績第三的同時也獲得了象徵最佳青年車手的白衫。[5]
