AFI百年百大明星（英語：AFI's 100 Years...100 Stars）是美國電影學會（AFI）評選的百年百大系列榜單之一，意在選出美國電影史上最偉大的25位男性和25位女性銀幕傳奇影星。入選名單於1999年6月15日在CBS的特別節目上公布，由秀蘭·鄧波兒擔任主持，並邀請50位當時的知名演員參與介紹。[1]

美國電影學會對「美國銀幕傳奇」（American screen legend）的定義為：曾在美國電影長片（時長在40分鐘及以上）中有重要戲份的演員或團體，其銀幕處女作於1950年或之前上映，或處女作首映於1950年之後但在其去世時已留有傳世佳作。換言之，此名單用以表彰在好萊塢黃金時代有突出貢獻且廣受認可的演員。[1]

共有250位男性和250位女性演員獲得提名，再經美國電影學會評選得出最終名單。[2]其中影星亨弗萊·鮑嘉和凱瑟琳·赫本分別位列最偉大的男、女演員榜首。[3]

入選影星以美國人為主，僅有13人生於美國之外，包括英國（查理·卓別林、勞倫斯·奧立佛、卡萊·葛倫、費雯·麗與伊莉莎白·泰勒）、瑞典（英格麗·褒曼與葛麗泰·嘉寶）、法國（克勞黛·考爾白）、德國（玛琳·黛德丽）、義大利（索菲婭·羅蘭）、比利時（奧黛麗·赫本）、羅馬尼亞（愛德華·羅賓遜）和加拿大（瑪麗·璧克馥）。[1]

名單公布時仍在世的影星有凱瑟琳·赫本、馬龍·白蘭度、伊莉莎白·泰勒、葛雷哥萊·畢克、寇克·道格拉斯、秀蘭·鄧波兒、洛琳·白考兒、索菲婭·羅蘭和薛尼·鮑迪，而截至2022年10月，在世者僅剩索菲婭·羅蘭一人。[1]
