不小心駕駛
在美國、加拿大（至少在安大略省[1]）、香港、英國和愛爾蘭，不小心駕駛[2]（careless driving）是一個專指較輕的交通違法行為的法律術語。該罪行通常可判處罰款或在駕照上簽註（endorsement）。
該罪行通常不如胡亂駕駛（wanton driving）、狂亂駕駛（furious driving）或危險駕駛引致他人死亡（causing death by dangerous driving）等罪行嚴重，但仍比駕駛時使用流動電話更嚴重。

(Amended 33 of 2000 s. 3) (2) A person drives carelessly within the meaning of this section if on a road he drives a vehicle without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road. |
英國[编辑]
在英格蘭、威爾斯和蘇格蘭，不小心駕駛（driving without due care and attention）最初由《1988年道路交通法令》第3條（後由《1991年道路交通法令》第2條代替）訂定相應處罰。犯下該罪行的駕駛人會被處以3至9個違例駕駛分數[3]，以及最高5,000英鎊的罰款。[4]
