戴大為

戴大為（Michael C. Davis；1949年12月10日—）是一名美國法學家、政治學家，目前擔任O·P·金德爾全球大學法學與國際事務學院教授。

早年從俄亥俄州立大學取得學士學位，其後先後從加利福尼亞大學哈斯汀法學院和耶魯法學院取得法學碩士。其後長期任教香港大學法律學院，並且積極參與香港的公民事務，包括加入四十五條關注組。
