朱莉亚·坎蒂丝·斯特劳斯（英语：Julia Candace Strauss；1961年—），汉名朱莉。美国政治学者、汉学家、社会学家，伦敦大学亚非学院教授，教中国政治史与政治社会学。1991年获加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校政治学博士学位，1994年进入伦敦大学亚非学院政治与国际研究系工作。2002至2011年任《中国季刊》编辑。2013年升任正教授。[1][2]
