砷酸三(三甲基硅酯)是一种易水解的化合物，化学式为[(CH₃)₃SiO]₃AsO。它可由砷酸银和三甲基氯硅烷在惰性有机溶剂中反应得到。^[1]它不如砷酸三(三乙基硅酯)稳定，容易缩合为多砷酸酯（如焦砷酸四(三甲基硅酯)）和六甲基二硅氧烷。^[2]
