2022–23年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽B是2022–23年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽中第二級別賽事，是這項由 41 個中北美洲及加勒比海足球協會成員國男子國家隊角逐的國際足球賽事第二個球季。[1] 在2022年6月2日至2023年3月28日期間舉行。[2]

國家聯賽B前四位球隊會晉身2023年美洲金盃賽事，而接下來最好的四支球隊會進入2023年美洲金盃外圍賽。

賽制[编辑]

聯賽B一共有十六支球隊，他們被分成四個小組，每組有四隊，球隊會以主客雙循環形式進行比賽，於2022年6月及2023年3月的國際足協賽期中進行。四支小組首名球隊會升班到聯賽A，並且可以晉身國家聯賽決賽周。小組次名球隊會進入2023年美洲金盃外圍賽。由於賽制改變，沒有球隊需要降班。[3]

聯賽階段抽籤儀式在2022年4月4日北美東部時區 19:00，於美國邁亞密舉行。球隊會按國際足協世界排名來進行種子排名。[4][5]
