IRT新羅特斯線（英語：New Lots Line）[2]或利沃尼亞大道線（Livonia Avenue Line）[3]:129是紐約地鐵A部門（英语：A Division (New York City Subway)）IRT的一條地鐵路線，位於紐約市布魯克林，由皇冠高地的猶提卡大道前往東紐約（英语：East New York, Brooklyn）的新地段大道[4][5][6]。
