詹姆斯-卡爾文-坎寧安三世(James Calvin Cunningham III，1973年8月6日出生)是美國律師、政治家和退役軍官，2001年至2003年曾任北卡羅來納州參議院第23區議員。他是民主黨成員、美國陸軍預備役中校，曾兩次服役。

在2010年美國參議院選舉中進行初選之後，坎寧安在2020年美國參議院選舉中成為民主黨候選人。[1]

早年生活和教育[编辑]
