澳大利亚首都领地检察长[1]（英语：Attorney-General of the Australian Capital Territory，更正式称为Attorney General for the Australian Capital Territory）是澳大利亚首都领地的主要官方律政专员。检察长为首都领地政府的首席法律及宪法顾问，也是首都领地司法及社会安全署（Justice and Community Safety Directorate）的负责人。其宪制作用随着联邦议会颁布《1988年澳大利亚首都领地（自治）法令》（Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988）而确立。[2]
澳大利亚首都领地绿党的议员Shane Rattenbury于2020年11月3日获委任为澳大利亚首都领地检察长。
