雷斯顿埃博拉病毒（Reston virus）旧称EBOV-R，是丝状病毒科埃博拉病毒属的一种病毒，仅包含雷斯顿病毒（RESTV）一个病毒株，得名自其发现地点美国维吉尼亚州雷斯顿[1]。此病毒感染人类后并无症状，不像同属其他四种病毒（萨伊埃博拉病毒、苏丹埃博拉病毒、塔伊森林埃博拉病毒与本迪布焦埃博拉病毒）会导致埃博拉出血热[2][3][4]。
雷斯顿埃博拉病毒于1989年由雷斯顿美国陆军传染病医学研究院的研究员汤玛士·W·吉斯伯特（Thomas W. Geisbert）在实验室中由菲律宾引进的食蟹猕猴样本里发现，并由病毒学家彼得·耶尔林成功分离[5]，为首次在非洲以外发现埃博拉病毒属的病毒[6]。此病毒感染猴只可致死，但感染人类则无症状。隔年此病毒被发表为埃博拉病毒的新毒株[7]，2000年定名为雷斯顿埃博拉病毒[8][9]，2010年毒株改为现名（雷斯顿病毒）[1]。
