古乳齿象（Palaeomastodon）是已灭绝的长鼻目。它们的化石在非洲发现，估计属于3600-3500万年前。[1]相信它们是象或乳齿象的祖先。它们是始祖象的近亲。[2]
古乳齿象有上下象牙及象鼻。身高1-2米及重达2吨。下象牙较为扁平。
