唐纳·尤隆·凯辛格（英语：Donald Eulon Kessinger，1942年7月17日—），为前美国职棒大联盟的游击手与总教练，[1]生涯曾效力过小熊、红雀与白袜等队。他生涯共入选过6次明星赛，是1960年代著名的游击手之一。[1][2]此外，凯辛格也是美国联盟史上最后一位同时担任球员和总教练的选手。[3]

职业生涯[编辑]

1964年6月19日，凯辛格与小熊签约。之后他加入球队2A，并在9月7日登上大联盟。[4]1965年6月，凯辛格开始成为球队的先发游击手，[5]并和Glenn Beckert成为当时小熊的二游搭档。[6]整季他的打击率为2成01，失误次数为国联游击手最多。[7]

1966年，凯辛格的打击状况还是很低迷，因此在总教练里欧·德罗许尔的建议下，凯辛格改为左右开弓打击。加上打击教练Pete Reiser的调整下，凯辛格的打击率上升到3成04。整季他的打击率为2成74，并送出国连游击手最多的474次助杀。[8]

1968年，凯辛格的守备能力持续进步。他也在这年入选为国联明星赛先发游击手。[9]1969年，他和队友罗恩·桑托一同入选明星赛。[10]这年他完成连续54场比赛无失误的成就。[11]这年虽然小熊前面都在分区取得领先，但在最后25场比赛只赢了8场，在球季末战绩被大都会超越，无缘晋级季后赛。[12]该季凯辛格的打击率为2成73，并敲出181支安打。他在MVP票选上拿下第15名，并获得首座金手套奖。[13][14]后来棒球数据专家比尔·詹姆斯分析这季的小熊因为总教练持续让先发球员出赛，导致球员在球季末因疲惫而导致状态下滑，最终和季后赛擦身而过。[15]

1970年，凯辛格缴出2成66的打击率。这年他再度入选明星赛，并连庄金手套奖。[16][17]1971年6月17日，凯辛格敲出6支安打，写下小熊队史纪录。[18]之后凯辛格又入选3次明星赛，并在1975年球季结束后被交易到红雀，换来Mike Garman和Bobby Hrapmann。[19]

到了红雀后，凯辛格依旧保有3成20的上垒率。[1][20]1977年8月，红雀将他交易到白袜，换来Steve Staniland。[21]1978年10月19日，白袜老板Bill Veeck宣布凯辛格将在1979年同时担任球员兼总教练(这也是美联史上最后一位)。[3]1979年7月12日，白袜主场发生著名的迪斯可毁灭之夜事件。当时凯辛格在面对球迷暴动时，机警地将球员锁在更衣室内，避免球员在该事件中受到波及。[22]之后白袜因为战绩不佳，凯辛格遭到解雇，并由托尼·拉鲁萨接任总教练。[23]
