絲狀支原體絲狀亞種（Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides，縮寫Mmm）是支原體科支原體屬絲狀支原體的一個細菌亞種。它是引起牛傳染性胸膜肺炎的致病菌[1]。
形態特徵[編輯]
絲狀支原體絲狀亞種沒有細胞壁，菌體外層由莢膜、黏附結構和黏附相關蛋白組成，內層為三層結構的細胞膜，能在不同形態之間迅速轉換[2]。菌體直徑為125~250納米，可呈現絲狀、環狀、分枝狀等多種形態，最常見的是球狀[1]。
絲狀支原體絲狀亞種在革蘭氏染色中呈陰性[1]，其基因組為雙鏈環狀DNA[3]。
敏感性和耐藥性[編輯]
絲狀支原體絲狀亞種對一些常見的消毒劑以及紫外線、加熱、酸鹼環境等較為敏感；一些抗菌藥物，如大環內酯、四環素、氟喹諾酮等抗生素可以抑制其生長；對青黴素、醋酸鉈、磺胺類抗生素等藥物具有很高的耐藥性[4]。
