藝術自由

藝術自由（英語：artistic freedom），或藝術表達自由（freedom of artistic expression），是指不受政府審查、政治干預或非國家行為者的壓力進行想象、創造和傳播各種文化表達的自由[1]。一般來說，這一詞彙用來描述藝術家自主進行藝術創作的程度。此外，藝術自由還涉及「公民接觸藝術表現形式和參與文化生活的權利」，因此相當於民主的關鍵問題之一[2]。
