西非長頸鹿^[2]（學名：Giraffa camelopardalis peralta）是長頸鹿的一個亞種，其毛色偏淺，分布於西非的薩赫勒地區。

19世紀時西非長頸鹿從塞內加爾遍布到乍得湖^[3]，但到了2011年時只剩下400頭分布在幾處相互隔離的地區。^[4]截至2016年，西非長頸鹿野外個體只剩下220頭，是世界上數量最稀少的長頸鹿。^[5]

人工繁育的「西非長頸鹿」現已證實均為科爾多凡長頸鹿（G. c. antiquorum）。^[3]
