阿富汗參戰獎章（英語：Afghanistan Campaign Medal; ACM）是美國軍隊的一項軍事榮譽。2004年11月29日由時任美國總統喬治·沃克·布什設立，2005年6月正式頒發。[4][5]獎章由美國陸軍紋章學研究所設計。[6]
阿富汗參戰獎章授予在阿富汗境內（或其領空）連續30天或非連續60天執行任務的美國軍人，有效期追溯至2001年10月24日。同敵軍作戰的美國軍人，或在阿富汗境內作戰中受傷的美國軍人，無論其在阿富汗境內停留的天數如何，均可獲得阿富汗參戰獎章。該獎章還授予在阿富汗境內因執行任務而死亡的美國軍人，包括因意外事故和災難等非戰鬥傷害而死亡的美國軍人。[7][8]
