2016年朱巴軍事衝突指蘇丹人民解放軍分別效忠於總統薩爾瓦·基爾·馬亞爾迪特和副總統里克·馬查爾的敵對派系之間的一系列衝突[2]。

2015年8月，雙方曾簽署停火協議，嘗試結束南蘇丹內戰。後來里克·馬查爾於2016年4月出任副總統[3]。

過程[編輯]

7月7日，親基爾派士兵截停車輛，搜查是否有馬查爾支持者[4]，之後支持馬查爾的士兵開火襲擊一處政府檢查站[5]。事件導致五名政府軍士兵死亡，兩名未認定所屬派系的士兵受傷[6][7]。

8日，總統基爾和副總統馬查爾進行和平談判的政府大樓附近爆發戰鬥[8]。最初參與的勢力是基爾和馬查爾的保鏢[9]。軍營附近也發生衝突。一處聯合國基地外面發生槍擊事件[10]，據報一人死亡[11]。衝突過後，重兵駐守朱巴[8]。當日的戰鬥造成35名反對派士兵和80名政府軍士兵死亡[8]。

10日，相對平靜的一天過後，朱巴再次爆發戰鬥。戰鬥主要集中在叛軍基地所在地傑貝爾和古德樂附近[12]。機場附近傳出爆炸聲和槍聲[13]。一名聯合國維和人員身亡，兩人負重傷[14]。政府軍轟炸了傑貝爾的叛軍營地。戰鬥在雷爆開始時結束[15]。包括33名平民在內的272人在當日的戰鬥中遇害[16]。

基爾和馬查爾均譴責衝突[8]。

 聯合國：聯合國秘書長潘基文表示：「我對目前在朱巴發生激烈戰鬥感到震驚和驚駭。我強烈呼籲基爾總統和第一副總統里克·馬查爾在他們的權力範圍內盡一切能力立即緩和敵對行動，下令他們各自的軍隊脫離接觸，撤回到他們的基地。這種毫無意義的暴力行為是不可接受的，有可能會扭轉目前在和平進程中取得的進展......[15][24]」聯合國安理會在針對危機的緊急會議後，發出聲明呼籲立刻停止戰鬥、基爾和馬沙爾盡最大努力管控他們各自的軍隊[25]。聯合國駐南蘇丹特派團（英語：United Nations Mission in South Sudan）已經在其營地增派巡邏人手[26]。

 蘇丹：蘇丹總統奧馬爾·巴希爾在電話中敦促基爾和馬查爾自我控制[27]。

 美國：譴責暴力事件，呼籲各方立即制止他們的軍隊繼續戰鬥，撤回他們的營地，防止出現更多的暴力行為和流血事件[28][29]。

 中國：外交部陸慷在例行記者會上譴責了襲擊事件，並向犧牲人員表示深切哀悼，對受傷人員和傷亡人員家屬表示誠摯慰問。他要求南蘇丹政府徹查此起事件，嚴懲肇事者[30]。
