威廉·博廷·赫姆斯利（英語：William Botting Hemsley，1843年12月29日—1924年10月7日）為英國植物學家，1909年維多利亞榮譽勳章獲得者。
威廉·博廷·赫姆斯利出生於薩塞克斯郡，曾於邱園工作，之後在印度的植物標本館任助理，最後其但仍植物標本館和圖書館的管理員。他發表了大量植物學著作。
