2014年，梅比與沙恩·埃文斯、米高·曼丁伯格和勞雷爾·普塔克共同創立了「藝術與女權主義」項目[4]，此舉是因為維基百科上的女性編輯僅佔全部編輯的8.5%[5]。2014年的活動有600名志願者參與，到2015年的全球活動有1300名志願者，人數翻了一番[6]。到2016年，志願者人數超過2500人[7]。《外交政策》雜誌將梅比列為2014年全球100位主要思想家之一[2]。
