紅鮑（學名：Haliotis rufescens；英語：red abalone）為鮑屬下的一個種，甲殼長可達31 cm（12英寸）。分佈於加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞至墨西哥下加利福尼亞附近6—40米（20—131英尺）深的海域，其中南部海域數量最多[3][4]。
