格林美獎最佳饒舌/演唱表演（2017年之前為格林美獎最佳饒舌/演唱合作 (Best Rap/Sung Collaboration) ）是一項由格林美獎頒發的榮譽，表彰對象為饒舌歌手和演唱歌手間合作歌曲的錄製藝人。格林美獎個別獎項的榮譽在每年的頒獎典禮上由美國國家錄音藝術科學學院所頒發，以「表彰唱片業中的藝術成就、技術熟練度以及整體傑出貢獻，不考慮專輯銷量或榜單排名」。[1]

根據第52屆格林美獎所提出的獎項描述指南，該獎項表彰有着「通常不在一起表演的藝人的一次新的饒舌/演唱合作的表現」特徵的藝人，而「有合作性質的藝人應當以客串藝人的形式被認知」。[2]

美國歌手伊芙 (饒舌歌手)和格溫·史蒂芬妮於2002年憑藉《Let Me Blow Ya Mind（英語：Let Me Blow Ya Mind）》贏得了該獎項的首座獎盃。這對組合於2006年憑藉《Rich Girl》被再度提名。美國饒舌歌手Jay Z在該獎項上贏得了七座獎盃，其中有四次以主要藝人的身份、三次以客串藝人的身份；他同時以其它三首歌曲被提名。蕾哈娜是在該獎項上贏得次數最多的女藝人，她被提名七次，並贏得了其中的四座獎盃。T-Pain是在該獎項上未獲獎卻收到最多提名的藝人，共計五次。

2017年後，該獎項更名為「最佳饒舌/演唱表演」。獨唱歌曲的錄製不再被包括在外，「通過擴大獎項範圍，超出饒舌歌手和演唱歌手的界定，而包含那些將饒舌和演唱界線模糊的獨唱藝人的形式來代表饒舌音樂的當今現狀和未來的發展」。[3]
