芭芭拉·艾倫瑞克（英語：Barbara Ehrenreich，/ˈɛərənraɪk/ AIR-ən-rike[1]；1941年8月26日—2022年9月1日）[2]是一名美國作家、政治活動家、美國民主社會主義者，以揭發醜聞著稱[3]，出版了20多部著作，名作是2001年出版的《我在底層的生活——當專欄作家化身女服務生》（Nickel and Dimed: On (Not) Getting By in America），書中她以最低工資生活了三個月。

她出生於美國蒙大拿州比尤特[4]，家教很嚴[5]，不信仰任何宗教[6]。其母是一個自由民主黨人，經常談論種族不公問題[7]，其父是一名礦工[8]，後成為吉列公司高管。她曾在里德學院學習物理學，後轉學化學，1963年畢業，1968年進入洛克菲勒大學學習理論物理學，後轉學細胞免疫學[9][10]。
畢業後，她沒有繼續進行科學研究，而是進入紐約市預算局（Bureau of the Budget）和健康政策諮詢中心（Health Policy Advisory Center）擔任分析師，後成為紐約州立大學老韋斯特伯里分校助理教授。1972年，她開始教授女性健康課程，並投身女性健康相關的社會運動。[11]
