阿麗爾·湯森·戈爾德（英語：Arielle Townsend Gold，1996年5月4日—）生於科羅拉多州斯廷博特斯普林斯，是一名美國女子單板滑雪運動員，主攻U型池。她的哥哥Taylor Gold同樣也是單板滑雪運動員[3][4]。阿麗爾三歲時開始練習滑雪[2]，七歲時，她的哥哥說服她去改練單板滑雪[5]。2011年8月，她在新西蘭卡德羅納完成了個人的世界盃分站賽首秀，在U型池項目獲得第八名[6]。
