古爪哇穿山甲（学名：Manis palaeojavanica）是一种已灭绝的穿山甲，生存于亚洲^[5]。

1926年，E·杜波依斯于爪哇发现了古爪哇穿山甲的化石。在这之后，洛德·麦德威于马来西亚的尼亚洞也发现了古爪哇穿山甲的化石。1960年，德克·阿尔伯特·胡耶（英语：Dirk Albert Hooijer）认为这些化石属于已灭绝的穿山甲物种。根据放射性碳定年法，发现于尼亚洞的古爪哇穿山甲化石样本年代约为42,000–47,000年前^[6]。

古爪哇穿山甲是目前少数发现有完整化石的穿山甲物种，推测是因为它们具有厚重的鳞片避免它们的遗骸遭到食腐动物或掠食者破坏^[7]。古爪哇穿山甲的体长估计可达2.5米（8.2英尺）^[8]。
