第一颈神经（Cervical spinal nerve 1, C1）是颈节脊神经的第一个分支[1]，发源于寰椎（Atlas, C1）上方，主要承载运动纤维，但也有部分负责硬脑膜与枕骨大孔感觉的脑膜支。此外，第一颈神经可能完全没有背根或背根神经节。
