弗朗西丝·格特鲁德·克莱尔·迪苏莎，迪苏莎女男爵 CMG PC（英语：Frances Gertrude Claire D'Souza, Baroness D'Souza _{CMG PC}；1944年4月18日—），是英国科学家和上议院终身贵族，自2011年9月1日出任英国上议院议长。

早年生活，教育和早期职业生涯[编辑]

弗朗西丝·格特鲁德·克莱尔·拉塞尔是的罗伯特·安东尼·吉尔伯特和波林·拉塞尔（娘家姓帕默特（Parmet））（Robert Anthony Gilbert and Pauline Russell）的女儿，并在伦敦大学学院修读人类学，1970年学士学位毕业。

家庭[编辑]

1959年她和斯坦尼斯·迪苏莎结婚，育有两名儿女，1974年离婚，1985年到1994年和马丁·格里菲思结婚，2003年与斯坦尼斯再婚。他们的长女是记者克丽斯塔·迪苏莎（英语：Christa D'Souza）^[2]^[3]。

荣誉[编辑]

1999年9月，迪苏莎获得圣米迦勒及圣乔治勋章^[4]。

上议院生涯[编辑]

迪苏莎在2004年7月1日获封迪苏莎女男爵（Baroness D'Souza）终身贵族，封邑牛津郡^[1]。在上议院中她是一名中立议员，曾在2007年到2011年成为中立议员召集人，被评为“远高于平均水平”的召集人^[2]^[5]。

2011年7月13日，迪苏莎当选上议院议长（英语：Lord Speaker election, 2011），并在2011年9月就任新岗位^[6]，她现在是上议院一位无党派人士。
