奈良县是位于日本关西地方的一级行政区，原为大和国之地，1868年（明治元年）5月19日由大和镇抚总督府改设，同年7月29日改制为奈良府，1869年（明治2年）改回奈良县，1876年（明治9年）4月18日并入堺县，1887年（明治20年）从大阪府分置至今。奈良县现有12个市、15个町和12个村，共计39个二级行政区。奈良市是奈良县政治中心和全县唯一的中核市。奈良县另有7个郡，在15个町和12个村之上，但并无任何行政权力，不被认为是一类行政区。
