丹·沃里亞（羅馬尼亞語：Dan Voinea；1950年7月23日—），羅馬尼亞少校、軍事檢察官，1989年羅馬尼亞革命時期，被任命為審判尼古拉·齊奧塞斯庫和埃列娜·齊奧塞斯庫的檢察官負責起草了起訴書（一、滅絕種族罪 ；二、損害國家權益；三、破壞公共資產；四、破壞國民經濟）。[1][2][3][4]
