約翰·狄金生（英語：John Dickinson，1732年11月2日—1808年2月14日），是一名美利堅合眾國憲法簽署人，政治家。1767年至1768年期間，他撰寫了十二封《賓夕法尼亞農民的來信》，而被稱之為「革命的筆者」。作為第一次大陸會議的成員，他起草了1774年《致國王的請願書》；在第二次大陸會議上，起草了1775年《橄欖枝請願書》，試圖與英國國王斡旋。當這些努力失敗後，他與托馬斯·傑斐遜合作撰寫最終版本、1775年《關於拿起武器的原因和必要的宣言》。當會議決定尋求獨立時，狄金生供職於委員會並起草《協議模型》，並簽署1776年至177年的《邦聯條例》
狄金生之後擔任1786年安納波利斯大會主席，該大會之後改稱「1787年制憲會議」，此後狄金生擔任德拉瓦州的代表。
1768年，他撰寫《自由之歌》，並在美國獨立戰爭中擔任軍事將領、德拉瓦主席、賓夕法尼亞主席，並在最有勢利的北美殖民者之間斡旋。在狄金生去世後，托馬斯·傑斐遜總統稱讚他為「當不列顛王國進攻時，他與首批獨立主張者一同為國家權力抗爭。他的名字將在偉大獨立運動歷史中永存。」[1]
約翰·狄金生和妻子瑪麗·諾里斯·狄金生創建了狄金生學院（最初命名為「約翰和瑪麗學院」）。此外賓夕法尼亞州立大學的賓夕法尼亞州立大學狄金生法學院和德拉瓦大學的狄金生綜合樓（Dickinson Complex）都以他命名。
