阿肯色大學（University of Arkansas，常簡稱U of A、UARK或UA），是一所公立、男女同校、贈地的研究型大學，校址位於阿肯色州費耶特維爾。[7]它是阿肯色大學系統的旗艦學校，[8]該系統共有6處校址 。學生逾25,000人[5]。
歷史[編輯]
該大學依贈地法案成立於1871年，當時占用的是奧扎克山（Ozark Mountains）山頂一個農場的用地，因此也被暱稱作「The Hill」 [9][10]。成立之時曾名為阿肯色工業大學，在1899年改為現名，首屆學生開班於1872年1月22日。

它是美國排名靠前的公立大學之一[23]。2011年，其薩姆·M·沃爾頓商學院在全美公立商學院中排在前40位，整體則在前60位[24]。2011年，其費伊·瓊斯建築學院（Fay Jones School of Architecture）的本科教育在全美建築學院中排前30[25]，法學院則在全美前150名內[26]。
