青藏戰爭，或稱第三次康藏糾紛，是西藏噶廈政府為了從馬家軍奪取青海玉樹地區（屬安多地區）而發起的一場戰爭。
1932年，受英國支持的西藏政府想將當時與西康省主席劉文輝的戰事擴大化，進而開始向青海進軍。3月，藏軍以玉樹地區隸屬權有爭議的寺廟尕丹寺黃白教派衝突為藉口，開始進攻[2]。青海回民將軍馬步芳大破藏軍，並將西康的石渠縣、德格縣等自1919年即被藏軍所占縣份收回[3][4][5]，藏軍被迫退至金沙江另一側[6][7]。青海軍大捷使得藏軍在西康甘孜和新龍兩地的補給線受到嚴重威脅，因而開始撤軍。馬劉二人警告藏軍不要跨過金沙江[8]。8月2日夜，青海軍援軍與守軍配合，徹底擊潰包圍結古的藏軍，藏軍損失慘重[9]。達賴喇嘛電至英屬印度政府求援。英國對南京國民政府施壓，要求國府宣布停火[10]。馬劉與達賴雙方互派代表簽訂《崗拖停戰協定》，康藏以金沙江為界；後1933年6月15日正式簽訂《青藏和約》停止戰爭，青海軍退回青海[11][12][13]。青海與西康在獲勝後聯合慶祝[14]。
