Vine是Twitter公司旗下的一款免費行動應用，允許使用者建立最長10分鐘的短片並分享到到社群網路，比如Twitter和Facebook[1][2]。Vine於2013年1月24日首先登陸iOS平台、6月3日登陸Android平台[3][4]。

Vine在2012年6月由唐姆·霍夫曼和羅斯·優素普夫創立。2012年10月被Twitter收購[3]。2013年1月24日，Vine登陸iOS平台，適用於iPhone和iTouch[5]。幾個月後，Vine成為市場上最受歡迎的影片分享應用[6]。2013年4月9日，Vine在App Store成為當日下載次數最多的免費軟體[7]。2013年6月3日，Vine登陸Android平台。
Twitter在2016年10月27日宣布將會關閉Vine作為公司重組計劃的一部分，已經上傳的影片並不會被刪除。[8]

BBC用「令人目瞪口呆的」來形容Vine，並表示不僅是廣告機構，而且定格動畫業也注意到了Vine的潛在價值[9]。
Vine也被用作新聞業。2013年2月1日，一位土耳其記者用Vine記錄美國駐土耳其大使館外的一次自殺爆炸襲擊，這段6秒的影片記錄了所有的重要細節[10]。
Vine也被哥倫比亞唱片用來推廣傻朋克樂隊的新專輯[11]。
在Vine發行數周後，社群內即有色情影片出現，但是Twitter的使用條款並不禁止色情[12]。曾經有一支色情短片被標記為編輯推薦，隨後Twitter表示這是一次人為錯誤[13]。由於色情內容違反了蘋果的使用條款，2013年2月5日，Twitter在蘋果公司的要求下將Vine的最小使用年齡從12歲提高到17歲[14][15]。
