杰森·席格尔在美国洛杉矶太平洋帕利塞德长大[1]。杰森·席格尔的父亲Alvin Segel是律师，母亲Jillian是家庭主妇[2]。杰森·席格尔的父亲是犹太人[3][4][5]。杰森·席格尔的母亲有英格兰、苏格兰、爱尔兰和法国血统[2]。
