傑森·席格爾在美國洛杉磯太平洋帕利塞德長大[1]。傑森·席格爾的父親Alvin Segel是律師，母親Jillian是家庭主婦[2]。傑森·席格爾的父親是猶太人[3][4][5]。傑森·席格爾的母親有英格蘭、蘇格蘭、愛爾蘭和法國血統[2]。
