劳拉·特洛特，MBE（英语：Laura Trott，1984年12月7日—），英国保守党籍政治人物，自2023年11月起担任财政部首席秘书。她在2019年大选中当选为塞文奥克斯选区国会议员，并在2022年10月至翌年11月间担任退休保障政务次官。在晋身国会之前，她是波特兰通讯（Portland Communications）的合伙人，亦曾任英国政府特别顾问。

特洛特在1984年12月7日出生[1]，并在萨里郡奥克斯特德长大[2]。她曾就读奥克斯特德学校（Oxted School）[3]，及后在牛津大学彭布罗克学院修读历史及经济[4][5][6]。特洛特在青年时期加入保守党，并视前首相约翰·梅杰为其踏足政坛的启蒙[7]。大学毕业后，她在博斯公司（Booz & Company）担任策略顾问[8]。特洛特是教育慈善机构萨顿信托基金（Sutton Trust）的大使[9]。

政治生涯[编辑]

特洛特在2010年至2014年间担任卡姆登伦敦自治市议会（Camden London Borough Council）弗罗格纳尔和菲茨约翰斯选区（Frognal and Fitzjohns）议员[10][11]。

2009年1月，她成为保守党政治顾问，其后在2010年5月成为内阁办公厅大臣弗朗西斯·莫德麾下负责政策和媒体事务的特别顾问，及后升任为幕僚长[2][12]。她其后获任命进唐宁街10号政策组，成为首相戴维·卡梅伦麾下负责教育及家庭政策的政治顾问[2]。特洛特亦是保守党的免税托儿政策的策划者[13]。在2015年大选后，特洛特获擢升为策略传讯总监[8]。2016年，她因其政治及公共服务上的表现而在2016年首相辞职授勋名单中获英廷颁授MBE勋衔[14]。她在特雷莎·梅接任首相后离开政府，并在2017年9月加入波特兰通讯[8]。

特洛特在2019年11月10日获保守党提名出选肯特郡塞文欧克斯选区[15]。该议席被视为保守党的稳得议席，自1924年起均由保守党获得。该选区亦曾是前国防大臣迈克尔·法隆的选区[15][16]。她在其后的大选中以20,818票多数票当选[17]，亦是该选区首名女性议员[16]。她及后在2020年至2021年间担任剑桥大学科学及政策中心政策研究员[18]。

2020年2月5日，特洛特向国会递交其私人草案，要求限制18岁以下人士注射肉毒杆菌毒素和接受填充美容手术[19]，该草案在2021年10月成为法律[20]。

特洛特曾在2020年3月至2022年11月间担任卫生和社会福利事务委员会委员[21]。她亦是中国研究小组（China Research Group）督导委员会委员[22]。2021年2月，特洛特亦与另一名保守党籍议员比姆·阿弗拉米（Bim Afolami）共同为智库社会市场基金会（Social Market Foundation）撰写提倡建立拥有宽松签证规则、税务优惠和政策研究金计划的“加速区”（accelerator zones）倡议[23]。

2022年7月6日，财政大臣里希·苏纳克和卫生和社会福利大臣赛义德·贾维德因克里斯托弗·平彻丑闻宣布辞职，引发辞职潮。而特洛特亦以“政治上的诚信是，亦一直是最重要的，但失望地最近几个月这些已经失去”为由，辞去交通部议会私人秘书一职[24]。在约翰逊宣布辞去首相职务后，她在2022年7月至9月保守党党魁选举中支持里希·苏纳克[25]。

前座生涯[编辑]

2022年10月27日，特洛特获任命为退休保障政务次官[26]，任内发表首份退休保障性别差距的官方数据。她亦支持2023年退休保障（自动注册伸延）法令（Pensions (Extension of Automatic Enrolment) Act 2023），以使政府将注册年龄由22岁降为18岁[27][28] 。

2023年11月13日，特洛特在内阁重组中获任命为财政部首席秘书[26][27]。

特洛特的丈夫为普华永道专业服务合伙人巴哈多·马维拉蒂（Bahador "Bids" Mahvelati）[29][30]，两人育有两子一女[2][9]。
