奇波雷墨西哥燒烤（英語：Chipotle Mexican Grill，/tʃɪˈpoʊtleɪ/）^[6]是在美國、加拿大^[7]^[8]、英國^[9]、德國^[10]^[11]和法國^[12]^[13]專門營運製作墨西哥夾餅、麥西恩捲餅和墨西哥捲餅^[14]^[15]的一間快速休閒餐廳，其名稱來自於「奇波雷煙燻辣椒（英語：Chipotle）」。奇波雷煙燻辣椒納瓦特爾語譯名哈拉皮紐辣椒（英語：Jalapeño）或智利辣椒（英語：Chili pepper）^[16]，該公司在紐約證券交易所的代號為「CMG」^[17]。墨西哥休閒快餐市場中不乏競爭者如Qdoba、Moe's Southwest Grill和Baja Fresh。
