紅耳巢鼠（學名：Micromys erythrotis）一種分布於印度、緬甸、越南及中國南方等地區的小型哺乳動物，隸屬於鼠科巢鼠屬。模式產地為印度阿薩姆卡西山。[1]
分類地位[編輯]
本種曾長期被視為巢鼠（Micromys minutus）南亞亞種。2005年日本學者通過基因分析認為成都標本可能是一個不同於巢鼠的獨立物種。[2]2009年俄羅斯學者通過形態和遺傳分析認為中國成都和越南北部的巢鼠應為一個獨立物種，遂將本種提升為有效種。[3]
形態特徵[編輯]
紅耳巢鼠顴骨平直；上門齒較長、切口為垂直；下門齒有外翻趨勢，門齒間距較寬。鬍鬚呈蓬鬆狀。背毛暗灰色，腹部稍淡，異色不明顯；尾上下同為黑褐色。[1]
