IAMDDB出生於葡萄牙里斯本。五六歲的她便移居英國曼徹斯特。她出生在一個音樂世家，因為她擁有安哥拉與葡萄牙人血統的父親以及沙烏地阿拉伯人母親是都是音樂家[1]。
